2. Information we collect

- Chat messages — used to provide the AI conversation experience and conversation history.
- Memory data — selected information that helps the AI companion remember context across conversations when this feature is active.
- Plan and subscription data — such as plan type, payment status, message limits, and usage counters.
- Technical data — such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, logs, and basic security information.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide access to the HERCHAT service,
- manage login and user sessions,
- deliver AI chat replies,
- save conversation history where applicable,
- apply message limits and paid plan access,
- process payments and subscriptions through Stripe,
- provide support and respond to requests,
- improve safety, reliability, and performance,
- detect abuse, fraud, or technical problems.
4. Chat messages and memory
Your chat messages may be stored so that you can continue conversations and so that the AI companion can keep useful context. Some plans may include a memory feature that stores selected details to make conversations more consistent.
Do not share highly sensitive information, passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or anything you do not want processed by an AI system.
5. AI processing
To generate AI replies, your messages may be sent to third-party AI model providers used by HERCHAT. These providers process the message content to return a response. We aim to use only the data needed to provide the service.
6. Payments and Stripe
Payments, subscriptions, and checkout are handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy practices. HERCHAT receives payment status information such as whether a checkout, subscription, or payment was successful.
We do not store your full credit card details on HERCHAT servers.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
HERCHAT may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, analytics, and service functionality. These may help keep you logged in, protect the service, and understand how the website is used.
8. Analytics and advertising
